▪︎ pool is heated to at least 80 degrees unlike most pools in area (weather permitting)
▪︎very safe established residential neighborhood with off street parking
▪︎sit and relax, have a glass of wine or cold beer on your private patio
▪︎the large paved brick patio has a covered roof to protect you from our afternoon rain showers or sun
▪︎the patio’s are completely surrounded by white gauzy mosquito netting intended to decrease mosquitos
(we spray monthly for mosquitos/ticks/fleas)
